Hello folks! As Founder and Executive Director of Community Junction. My work is all about making sure people have the support they need to navigate housing, health and well-being. I’ve spent years building connections, finding solutions, and making resources and information easier to access because everyone deserves stability and a community that has their back. For the people isn’t just something I say—it’s what drives everything I do.You’ll find me out in the community working alongside renters, families and partners or behind the scenes making sure our programs meet real needs. I’m always looking for ways to strengthen partnerships and create spaces where people feel heard, supported and empowered.In my down time, you’ll find me in my garden or near the water—whether it’s the ocean, a river or a quiet lake. Hi, I’m Priscilla! As a Housing Navigation Specialist, I’m dedicated to helping individuals and families find stability in their housing journey. Whether it’s navigating rental assistance, securing housing, or developing financial strategies, I’m here to provide the tools and support needed to create lasting solutions.I believe that financial education and goal setting are key to long-term housing sustainability. That’s why I take a personalized approach, helping people build budgeting strategies, access resources, and overcome challenges that put them at risk of homelessness. My work is about more than just finding housing—it’s about fostering independence, bridging gaps, and creating pathways to stable, sustainable living.Housing equity and economic empowerment are at the heart of what I do. Hi, I’m Clairrail! With a background in youth work and experience supporting youth experiencing homelessness, I now help lead communications and operations at Community Junction.I’m the one behind the emails you receive about upcoming events, resource fairs and all the updates on our social feed. My role is all about making sure you stay informed, engaged, and supported in all things housing, health and well-being.When I’m not working, you can find me solo traveling, reading a thriller or brushing up on my spanish!Looking to get involved, volunteer, or find support?
